RiTA can send users daily digest emails that include a summary of actions for the user for that day and a link to log into RiTA that expires at the end of the day, RiTA is also able to send email notifications of new follow ups that have been generated for the user.
If you are not receiving any emails from RiTA first please check the Spam/Junk folders in your email application to ensure that emails from RiTA are not being flagged incorrectly and removed from your inbox.
Next, you can check your notification settings in RiTA by opening the RiTA website then clicking on the Settings icon from the left hand RiTA side menu, next click on the Notifications link.
This will open the Notifications page. Here you can select which days you want to receive Daily Digest emails from RiTA, you can also enable which types of notifications you would like RiTA to email you about. Once you have reviewed these settings and customized them click the blue Save button at the common of the page to commit your changes.
