Choose a recommended message templates or compose your own. Click on Property Profile to generate and add the report link to your message.
Image 3: Adding a report link. - When creating a property report, RiTA will create a report for the contact's property. You can create a report for a different property by entering the address manually. You can also customise the cover page details and choose whether to include the property's estimated value by using the Include Cotality Automated Valuation toggle.

Create data-driven conversations with your database by including property reports in your communication. A property report contains information such as estimated value and sales history, recently sold properties in the local area, and local school options.
These reports can be generated directly in RiTA without logging into Property Guru. You need to have a shortcode set up in your account to send reports via SMS.
