This article shows you how to change and add the responses in RiTA according to a customer's reply.
1. Click on EDIT CONVERSATION
2. Click on "If reply contains keywords"
3. Click to change to "If reply means" under Condition Type
4. Click on Yes under Reply Means
5. Click on "If the reply contains keywords"
6. Click the Condition Type dropdown and change to If reply means
7. Click on No
8. Click on + ADD under the message
9. Select the "If reply means" option under Reply Condition Type
10. Click on "If the reply means" in the flowchart
11. Click to change to if the Contact details are wrong
12. Click on + ADD
13. Click on Add Message under the drop down
14. Click the flowchart box to edit your message
15. Add your message response
16. Click on Create Follow Up
17. Click to change to Data Updates under the automation default
18. Click on SAVE
