Advanced AI - Testing & Editing Your Automation

This article explains how you can test your RiTA Advanced AI automation and change it according to your needs.

1. Select TEST on the top of your screen

2. Reply to RiTA with sample responses from the point of view of a client

3. Click on Advanced AI - Past OFI Attendee Template…

4. Type "Yes we do need to sell at some stage"

5. To change the order of the messages click into the if the reply means flowchart box

6. Click to Change the Message you want the response to go to

7. Click on SAVE
