Advanced AI - Updating existing SMS Conversation Templates

This article will show you how to update your existing SMS conversation templates in RiTA.

 

2. Click on the three blue dots next to your template

 

3. Click on View / Edit

 

4. Click on SMS Conversation

 

5. Click on EDIT CONVERSATION

 

6. Click on ADD

 

7. Click on "If reply means"

 

8. Click on the "If the reply means" box

 

9. Select General in the "Meaning Category" drop down

 

10. Under "Reply Means", click on Contact details are wrong

 

11. Click on ADD

 

12. Click on Add Message

 

13. Click into the message box

 

14. Type the response you would send if you had the incorrect details

 

15. Click on If reply contains keywords

 

16. To edit, Click on If reply contains keywords under the Condition Type

 

17. Change to "If reply means"

 

18. Click on If reply contains keywords

 

19. To edit, click on the Condition Type drop down

 

20. Click on If reply means

 

21. Click on No

 

22. Click on SAVE

 

23. Click on CLOSE

 

24. Click on SAVE at the bottom of the page
