This page displays all your selected comparable rentals. You may:

add details about the property in the notes, for example, when the property was built or notable property features.

select images by clicking the left or right arrow on the image carousel

update property attributes
-
upload additional images – scroll to the end of the image carousel to access the Upload Image button

tick the Feature this comparable checkbox to feature a property

click the Bin icon to remove the property from the report

If you update property data here, a blue asterisk will appear against the updates and a disclaimer will appear on the top right of the property details.
If the Update CoreLogic checkbox is ticked, our data team will check the information that you have provided and update the property record on Property Guru. Otherwise, the data you have updated will only be in use in your report. Data that you update for report purposes will remain updated for 72 hours.
