Comparable rental information helps you position an investment property in current market conditions. By default, the search results will include properties leased in the last six months and sorted by distance to your target property.
Refine your search results by property type, distance and other property attributes. You may restrict your search results to your target property's suburb by ticking the Target suburb checkbox.
Tick the Show only current rentals checkbox to exclude properties that are not currently listed for rent. Click Update Filters to apply your selected criteria.

Scroll down the page to view your search results. Use the drop-down menu to sort your results by distance, address, listing price, and listing date.

Tick the checkbox to add a property from your search results to the list of comparable properties. Upon ticking the checkbox, the property will move up to the comparable properties section.

Drag selected comparable properties up or down to sort them according to your preference.
