- Property type: Click the drop-down menu to add other property types to your search.
- Attributes: Limit your search to include only properties with comparable attributes.
- Rental Price: Limit your search to include only properties within a certain price range by typing the minimum and maximum values into the relevant fields
- Rental Date: Choose a period from the drop-down menu or select Custom date to set a date range for your search.
- Filters: Access additional filters such as land size, year built, show active listings only and more.
- Distance: Click on the drop-down menu to adjust the search radius from your target property.
- Target Suburb Only: Switch this on to limit your search to the suburb of the target property.
- Show active listings only: Switch this on to limit your search to only active listings.
- Three dots menu: Click here to access the Clear all option.
- Add another comparable property by entering the address in the search bar
- Remove all selected properties
- Expand all selected properties to view property details
- Feature one or more properties by ticking the checkbox. Featured properties will have a full page and more photos in the final report
- Remove a selected comparable property by clicking on the bin icon
Comparable rental information helps you position an investment property in current market conditions. By default, the search results will include properties leased in the last six months and sorted by distance to your target property.

Scroll down the page to view your search results. Use the drop-down menu to sort your results by distance, address, listing price, and listing date.

Tick the checkbox to add a property from your search results to the list of comparable properties. Upon ticking the checkbox, the property will move up to the comparable properties section.
