- Type in a property address and select the correct address from the list of suggestions
- Click on the dropdown menu and select Rental CMA
- Click Create to proceed
Log in to Property Guru, click on the three lines menu on the top left of the page and click on Signature. This will launch the Signature tool in a new browser tab.
You can also access previously-generated reports from the Report History panel.

Next, you will see a list of previously-generated Signature CMA reports. Here, you can:

Click on Reports, and select Rental CMA Report.

Click on Reports to view available reports and select Rental CMA Report.

Navigating the Signature Tool
The navigation bar at the top and bottom of the page will remain in place as you move through the steps to create your Signature CMA Report.
This navigation bar shows the process of creating a Signature CMA report. The blue tab indicates where you are in the process. You can click on the tabs to move between each step.
