By default, the RiTA mobile app does not allow agents to create or send SMS lists.
The user management settings needs to be modified by your Admin in order to grant authorisation. This is to ensure that your SMS credits are only used by those who have permission to do so.

Log into RiTA Web as a RiTA admin.

Navigate to the Admin Section.

Search in User Management the user you would like to set permissions for.

Click on the user’s name.

Scroll down to Permissions & Filters.

In list Automations Access Select: Advanced (edit all settings for accessible automations).

Then Click Update on the bottom of the page.

As an agent, you should now have access to create and send SMS Lists in RiTA mobile app.
