When you tap the "create list" button, a bottom sheet with the options "Call List" and "SMS List" will appear.

The buttons will show the number of contacts that can be contacted through the specific channel out of the total number of contacts selected.

Call List
- You will be taken to this screen after tapping on the continue button where you will be able to update the settings before creating the list.
Call List Settings
- List Name
When tapping on this you will be able to edit the current list name.

Assignee
When tapping on this you will be able to select someone from within the agency.

You will be able to search the list of users

List Expiry
When tapping on this you will be presented with 3 options:

1 day
-
1 week
-
1 month
-
Recurrence
- When you select a date, a list will be generated for that date every week.
SMS List
- The first screen that you will see after selecting SMS list on create list screen will have Use Conversation Template selected by default which is currently the only available option.

Choose a Template
The second screen in the SMS List creation is selecting from a list of conversation templates.

You will be able to search for a template.

Able to scroll through the available templates.

You can hit the next button after choosing a template to use.

You will be able to view the existing template on web which will direct you out of the app into your default phone browser by tapping on View Template on Web.

Any template that uses a topic will not be displayed in this list.

SMS List Settings
The last screen in the SMS List creation is the list settings options.
SMS Settings
When you tap on the SMS Settings, you will have two options:

Conversation Template
- You will be able to search or scroll for an existing template and select from the available options.
- You will be able to view the existing template on web which will direct you out of the app into your default phone browser by tapping on View Template on Web.

Send From
- You will be able to see your available RiTA numbers if you have more than one.
List Settings
When you tap on the List Settings you will have two options:

List Name
- You will be able to update the list name to whatever you would like and save it.

Assignee
- This will allow you to reassign the list to another user in the account that you are able to see/access (admins can see everyone, people within a team should be able to see their team members).
Recurrence Setting
When you tap on the Recurrence Settings you will have two options:-
Send Automatically
- You will be able to select a time of day the list will be automatically sent out on.

Send Manually
- You will be able to manually send out the list on the given day you have selected.
