Buyer requirements provide more context to what the buyer is after at a glance. You can find this at the bottom of the contact page while in a list or via using the RiTA search function.
1. You can now add, edit the Buyer Requirements in RITA. To do so, click on the Add or Edit button.
2. Enter in the suburbs and what type of property and hit the Save button.
3. Additionally, you can set a purchase timeline for the contact, which RiTA will use to help promote these contacts to you at the right time via Suggested Lists related to these buyer timelines. This will help to ensure that you can easily target your buyers based on where they are in their buying journey.
4. To delete a buyer requirement just click on the bin button. This will remove the buyer requirements from the contact allowing you to keep your data up to date.
