Segments
Filter Segments are a quick way for you to add in a grouping of filters that you use frequently.
For example, if you are constantly creating lists from contacts in your database with certain categories or attributes, you can now quickly 'save' them and quickly add them back in whenever trying to filter down to contacts.
This also comes in handy when trying to set up multiple lists for users in your team based on a particular type of list.
To load a segment, jump into a list or automation and click on Load Segment.
There are now three types of Segments in RiTA.
My Agency
These are account wide Segments that have been created by an Admin on the account. These are specific to your agency and can assist in ensuring each agent has the right filters set up for any new lists or automations created.
My Segments
These are user specific Segments that only you have created, if you are an admin and created any My Agency segments they will also appear here.
RiTA Segments
RiTA has created these segments to assist you in targeting different parts of your database. Each segment is explained below. There are now 4 default core RiTA segments that you can choose from. These RiTA segments are here to assist you in creating filters that can apply to any of your lists with contacts you want to target.
Now - Targets contacts that you have spoken to recently
New - Targets new contacts just recently added into your CRM
Future - Targets contacts who you haven’t spoken to in at least 30 days and they own property.
Old - Targets contacts that were created in the CRM more than 30 days ago
