Users
Users can now manage their own automations (with permissions, of course). These permissions are added to a user in the User Management screen within RiTA. There will be two tiers of permissions:
-
Basic (default): By default, all users will now have basic access permission to automations. In reality, this gives a user access to be able to view the automations running for themselves or their team and the associated Automation Analytics (this is defined by the list reviewer). There is editing capacity for automations on this tier, which is limited to:
- Send days & time (including whether its auto or manual send)
- RiTA Holidays
- Advanced: An advanced user has full permission to edit everything on an automation, and create their new List Automations. However, their editing and viewing ability is still limited to the automations running where they are the list reviewer, or someone on their team is the list reviewer.
Admins
- To change a users permission setting for User Managed Automation simply open a users details page from the Admin > User Management page in RiTA.
- Then select the Basic(Edit send schedule & holidays) or Advanced(Edit all settings for accessible automations) and click the blue save button at the bottom of the page to commit the change.
