Creating a Custom List for yourself or for a team member allows you to take control of your contacts and filter down to exactly who you want to call and when.
You can create lists on any number of things, such as those contacts likely to sell in the next 90 days, listings that you have lost to competitors, or contacts who own a property in a particular radius. There are heaps of options that you have in this space.
Two ways to learn! Watch the video or follow the steps below.
1. Select the Call Lists button on the RiTA navigation bar
2. Select Custom List
3. Click on the box that says Contact Category to select from a large range of contact categories.
These will help to filter your contacts so you can then create specific lists to call. Then click on Select Optionsto see what is available for your selected contact category.
Please note: your default filters that have been applied to your user profile will pre-populate in grey and are used to give you the best quality contacts for every list, and you can choose to leave these or remove them. Mandatory filters cannot be removed.
Once you have selected your filters, click Refresh Count to see how many contacts fit into the category filters you selected. If you only get a small number, or you would like to try a different combination, simply click on the small Rubbish Bin Iconto remove an unwanted filter. You can add and delete contact category filters as many times as you like, so don't be afraid to play around with different combinations.
4. Once you are happy with your filter selection and the number of contacts, the next step is to assign your list a name that is relevant to the type of list you have created (e.g. Buyers in Teneriffe Suburb or Sellers over 30 Days).
You will now need to assign this list. You can leave the list assigned to yourself, or assign to a team member to complete. You can also select a template of pre-filled scripting or wording to use in your notes when making calls (or create a custom template to use).
The Contacts per List box will set how may contacts will appear in your list per day. 10 is the default number RiTA suggests, however, for example 25 contacts per list will result in roughly an hour of phone calls, so set this number according to how much time it takes you to complete a list.
Finally, schedule how often you would like this list to appear on your dashboard each week. This feature allows you to create your ideal week. For example, if you want to talk to your Buyers on a Monday and Owners on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, just select these days for your list to be shown to you. By selecting days of the week for your list to reoccur, this will mark your list as a Favourite List, which means depending on how many contacts per list per day selected, RiTA will always show you the next best 10 or 20.
Please Note: You can edit the Filters in a Favourite List once it has been created (please refer to the Edit Current Filters in a Listarticle).
5. Selecting Save will add your list to your Scheduled Lists and Favourites Lists, and Save & Begin will jump straight into it!
