The Cordell Tab allows you to do QUANTITY TAKE-OFF ONLY from your construction plan a lot faster. Reduce the time spent using calculators or spreadsheets. The Cordell Tab will gain all your quantities to speed up your estimating by adding take-off quantities to Estimator Platinum (take-off quantities = for example, how long a wall is or how many sqm the floor contains.) The Cordell Tab's structure is in a format that will assist your estimating combined with Estimator Platinum's databases.
Tip: You can create work area folders in PlanSwift that match the Cordell Estimator work areas created.

Elements: The sectional QUANTITY TAKE-OFF ONLY can be added to Estimator Platinum estimating elemental. Elements for commercial works, houses & extensions - including lineal & m2, at the same time quantities for external and internal walls. Total sqm for the ground floor, work area rooms, roof degree pitch. This is a great place to start off with the main take-offs from a construction plan or images.

Detailed: You can work directly from Detailed and Multiple Quantities. Commercial and residential detailed QUANTITY TAKE-OFF ONLY. This contains detailed quantity items for detailed estimating. For example, creating a site pre-lim, excavation and concreting. More examples are remove and replace items, roof tiles per number, roof sheets per number, wet area tiles per number, and many more detailed items that contain built-in mathematical formulas.

Multiple Quantity: You can work directly from Detailed and Multiple Quantities. QUANTITY TAKE-OFF ONLY. This contains multiple quantity items for detailed estimating. For example, creating residential and commercial construction types with concrete slab and waffle pod floors, concrete footings, concrete pads, and suspended slabs. With one click on the plan sqm, lineal or dot count you will gain all the items for detailed estimating and quantity ordering. More examples are internal and external walls in lineal meter or sqm, and contains all the items, for example studs per number, bricks per thousand, blocks per hundred, plasterboard sheets, and plasterboard sheet sizes. All contain built-in formulas for many building construction types.

Buildings - M2: You can work directly from Buildings - M2. QUANTITY TAKE-OFF ONLY. This contains take-off quantities in sqm or dot count for buildings (Commercial and Residential). For building feasibility estimates in Estimator Platinum Housing M2 and Commercial M2 databases. For example, gaining sqm for each different floor level, creating a checklist for the extras required for a residential house or commercial building including items like sqm for car parks, landscaping and external works.
