Identify properties that may potentially be ready to list based on past sales data, the average tenure of a suburb, and current market conditions.
To start your search, select the Address tab on the homepage and select Tenure. Enter the suburb you are targeting and click on the search icon to run the search.
Note: You may run a Tenure Search for a single suburb. You have to run multiple searches if you wish to search across multiple suburbs. You cannot run a Tenure Search for a specific property, street or council area.

On the search results page, you may use filters on the filters bar to narrow down your search results. Filter by Property Type, Hold Period, property attributes and other advanced Filters.
By default, the search results will include properties that match the average hold period or tenure of the location you are searching. To expand the search range of the hold period, click on the hold period filter and use the slider to add or reduce the number of years. The range will update as you drag the slider.
