Historical ownership of a property
There are two sets of historical information associated with a property:
Identifying historical sales information of a property
Historical information about a property includes previous sales of the property.
Select Sales to see recent and previous sales. Next, use the Custom Date range to set the date range you are researching.

Click View Full Sale History to open the property details page and see the complete list of all historical property sales.

Identifying historical property ownership
Scroll down to the Property History panel on a property details page. The property owner’s name is displayed against each sale record. Click on the View sale history link to view additional information like purchaser name and settlement date.
