The Save Search feature is designed to help you monitor property movement within a location such as a council area or a suburb.
You may monitor up to 10,000 properties within a saved search. You will not receive notifications if there are more than 10,000 properties that match your saved search criteria.
Your saved searches will be synchronised with the Property Guru Mobile app so you can be notified on the go.
Run a search that will yield multiple results, for example, a suburb search. On the search results page, you may use the filters to further refine your search results, or click on Save Search to proceed.
Next, enter a name for your saved search. Use a name that is easily identifiable, for example, 'Large Family Homes with Pool' or 'Sold properties above $2mil'. Use the toggles to customise when and how you wish to be notified.
-
Email Digest: If you enable Email Digest, you will receive a daily email containing the property updates that have taken place within the last 24 hours. This email will be sent to your work email address.
-
Push Notifications: If you enable Push Notifications, you will see updates on the home screen within the notification bell at the top of the page. You will also received push notifications on your phone if you have the latest Property Guru Mobile app installed on your phone.
