A Title Report contains information about a property's tenure, ownership, and legal description. The report will also describe any covenants, caveats or easements related to a specific property.
On the homepage:

Click on the Reports tab

Select Title Report from the drop-down menu

Type in a property address and select the correct address from the list of suggestions

Click Create Report

To generate a Title Report from a property detail page, click on Reports and select Title Report.
