Multi-Property Detailed List Reports are configurable reports that include multiple properties and corresponding property analytics. These reports are:

Sales History Report: View historical sales data for a specific property, street, or suburb

On The Market Report: Generate a list of properties that are listed for sale; the advertised sale price, listing type (sale method), days on market, and listing agency

Rental Comparison Report: Generate a list of properties that are listed for rent; the advertised rental price, days on market, and the listing agency

Aged Listings Report: Generate a list of properties that have been listed on the market for 50 days or more

Withdrawn Listings Report: Generate a list of properties that have been listed and withdrawn within the last 365 days

Tenure Report: Generate a list of properties that may potentially be ready to list based on past sales data, the average tenure of a suburb, and current market conditions.
One-click Reports are reports that usually require minimal input such as the name of the report recipient and your contact details. These reports are:
