The Property Report is designed to provide a comprehensive view of an individual residence. It includes the following property information:

the legal description
-
property attributes
-
estimated value and sales history
-
recently sold properties in the local area
-
sales and rental market trends.
On the homepage:

Click on the Reports tab
-
Select Property Report from the drop-down menu

Type in a property address and select the correct address from the list of suggestions

Click Create Report

To generate a Property Report from a property detail page, click on Reports and select Property Report.

To generate a Property Report from a search results page, click on the three dots menu and select Property Report.

On the pop-up window, enter the report recipient’s name and your name or the listing agent’s name. Use the toggle buttons to include or exclude your contact details or the property’s valuation estimate. Click on Generate Report to proceed to the next step.

A window will pop up where you will have the option to Print or Download the report.
