This article describes how to change your password. If you have forgotten your password, please read this article.
To change your password, log in to Property Hub and click on your user profile icon. Select Profile from the drop down menu on the top right of the page.

On the profile screen, select Change Password.

Enter your current password in the Current Password field then proceed to create a new password.
When creating your new password, please ensure that it meets the following requirements:
- Includes at least one lower case letter
- Includes at least one upper case letter
- Be between 8 - 18 characters
- Includes at least one digit (e.g. numbers 0-9)
- Includes at least one special character (e.g. ! # $ % * - +)
Ensure that the new password entered in New Password and Confirm Password are identical. Click Submit to proceed.
