What is Contact Analytics?
The Contact Analytics feature provides a comprehensive view of all contacts within your RiTA account. Typically, contacts are imported directly from your CRM, but contacts can also be created via Lead Automations or imported using CSV files, depending on your account settings.
To tailor your view, you can filter all metrics using the Contact Filters Criteria Builder, which works similarly to the filters in Lists. After setting your filters, simply click ‘Refresh Charts’ to update the metrics and see data only for contacts matching the selected criteria, along with the total number of these contacts.
The Contact Analytics page is structured into five sections, each focusing on a distinct type of contact data:
Contact Qualification
This section displays the quality of contact data. After every import or update, each contact is assessed as "Clean" or "Dirty" based on specific conditions and assigned a score to reflect data completeness. The data quality metrics are visualized in chart form for easy analysis.
Contact Engagement
This section shows the time elapsed since each contact was last engaged through different forms of communication. Engagement metrics are broken down by month, providing insights into contact frequency and recency.
Contact Geography
Here, you’ll find a breakdown of suburbs where contacts either own property or have shown interest in buying. This information helps you understand the geographic distribution of your contacts.
Contact Categories
This section displays metrics on the various categories assigned to contacts, allowing you to better segment and manage your database.
Contact Access
In this area, charts and metrics outline the different types of agent relationships associated with contacts. Contacts may have relationships classified as “Accessible,” “Owner,” or “Recommended.” Please note that a single contact may have multiple relationship types with different agents; however, each contact should have only one Recommended Agent.
This structured view makes it easier to manage, analyze, and engage with your contacts efficiently.
