To enable your new RiTA account to connect to VaultRE, follow these steps:
1. Log into your VaultRE CRM, and access “Integrations” from the left-hand menu, then click on “Third-Party Access”.
2. On the next screen, you will see all the third party systems to which you’ve already granted access. Click “Add Token” in the bottom right of the screen:
3. From the dropdown, select 'Aire'.
4. On the next screen, ensure all of the checkboxes are ticked, and then select 'Create Token'.
The access token has now been created and will show up on the 'Third-Party Access' screen.
Note: At any time you can revoke Rita's access to your account by clicking Delete on this token.
4. Copy this token and send it through to your Customer Success Manager who is helping you to set up your RiTA account.
