To enable your new RiTA account to connect to Rex, follow these steps:
- Log into your REX CRM, and click on settings in the bottom left hand corner and then click on ‘Users & Security’ under the other section.
- Click on the plus button to add a user.
- Enter the email address email@example.com and click invite. Note: Due to our partnership with Rex this user will not count to your user limit in Rex.
- Next click on the privileges tab and then on the change role button.
- Click the switch to role button on the Super Admin option and then click the change role button.
- For the final step click on the ‘send an invitation now’ button that appears in the user settings.
- Once done let our team know and we will take care of the rest!
