For custom templates there are two reasons you may not be able to access/see the templates you want to use.
Template Access
To verify that you have access to the Custom Template open your templates page in RiTA by clicking on the the Action Templates icon on the RiTA side menu. Next either scroll through the list or use the search field to locate the Template you wish to use.
If you can not locate the Template then you will need to contact either your RiTA admin or the person who created the Template and ask them to give you permission to access the Template.
To change who can access a Template, open the Templates setting by clicking on it's name or clicking the 3 dots on the right hand side of the templates name and select View/Edit
Under Available for Use By you can set which users are able to access and use the template. You can either allow only Admins to make changes to the template or anyone who has access to it using the option under Editable By. If you make any changes to the Templates settings remember to click the blue Save button at the bottom of the page to commit your changes.
Using Templates
To use a Template first ensure the Template is set for use with the correct topics. Under Settings > Topic Restrictions you can select which topics to associate the Template with and it's level of relevancy. For example, if you want to use the Template for Follow Ups then in the first drop down menu select Follow Ups and in the second select Any Relevancy.
Note: you can select All in the first drop down menu to enable the Template for all topics.
Template Content
Lastly, ensure that the correct communication channel type is enabled for the type of Template you want to use. Under the Template Content heading you can enable various types of Templates end update there content. To enable a Template type simply click the check box next to the type, to see and update the text of the Template click the types name/heading. Remember to click the blue Save button at the bottom of the page if you make any changes.
