The prices in our database are updated daily to equip you with up-to-date pricing information so that you can quote with confidence.
If you see a circular arrow icon in the Update column, it indicates that the pricing data has been updated in the system. To apply the latest pricing data on all the items in your estimate, tick the checkbox in the header row to select all the items and click Update Rates. To apply the latest pricing data on individual items tick the checkboxes individually on each row.
Once the prices have been updated, you will see a tick icon in the Update column.
You may change benchmark rates to meet specific site requirements and ensure that the end pricing is appropriate for the job.
For example, if the roof sheet mat appears more difficult to remove, adjust the benchmark rate to suit your job. Also, look at allowances like height allowances and cutting allowances. These considerations would vary depending on the job you are estimating.
