Note: You need administrator access to complete the steps outlined in this article.
Account administrators have the ability to customise themes and templates for all users within the account to ensure any proposals created are on-brand and consistent.
When customising a theme, you may:
Click on Themes on the side navigation bar. Identify the theme you wish to edit and click Edit.

To upload your office logo, click on Choose Image. Note that your logo should not exceed 5MB.

Click Upload and select an image from your computer. After you have uploaded your logo, click on the circle to select the logo. Click SAVE to proceed.

This cover image will be used on the cover page of your proposal. It will be the first image your prospective clients will see when they click on the proposal link.
To upload a cover image, go into the Themes tab and click on Choose Image. Note that your image should not exceed 5MB.

Click Upload and select an image from your computer. You may upload a few images so you have a library of images to choose from. Select the image you wish to use and click SAVE to proceed.

You may choose whether you wish to have the sidebar on the left or right of the page, and whether the sidebar can be minimised for your users.

This example below shows how the sidebar would look if you selected a left sidebar position and switched on the Collapsible toggle.

The Colour section lets you decide how and where your brand colours will apply within a proposal. You will be able to preview your changes as you select the colours. You may use the colour selector tool or enter the HEX code for your brand colour directly.
