Use the Custom Font feature to ensure your proposals are on-brand. You can insert custom fonts using a link from Adobe Fonts, Google Fonts, or your agency website. You can use custom fonts for headings and body text.
Go to Proposals > Themes > Pen Icon to open the theme you wish to edit.

Log into Adobe Fonts

Ensure that you have Manage fonts selected in the dropdown menu. Go to the Web Projects tab and copy the font URL. Copy from https:// until .css (not the entire line), as shown in the image below.

In Proposals, enter a Font Family name and paste the Font URL. A preview will appear on the right panel. Click Save to apply your changes.

Go to Google Fonts.

Search for a font and select the style you want.

Click on Get Font > Get Embed Code.

Click on the Web section, select the @import tab and copy the font URL text only between the single quotation marks.

In Proposals, enter a Font Family name and paste the Font URL. A preview will appear on the right panel. Click Save to apply your changes.

Go to your agency website and use your mouse to highlight the font you want to use in Proposals. Right-click on your mouse and select Inspect

Use your browser's search function (usually Ctrl+F for Windows or Command+F for Mac) to find the keyword "font" and copy the font URL. Copy from the double quotation mark until the end of the font name (not the entire line), as shown in the image below.

In Proposals, enter a Font Family name and paste the Font URL, the preview will appear on the right panel. Click on Save.
