An Estimated Value may appear too low or too high where there is insufficient data to calculate a more accurate estimated value. The Confidence Indicators will often reflect how accurate we believe the Estimated Value could be.
The Estimated Value is not a valuation or a professional appraisal, rather a mathematical calculation to provide a general guideline for property related conversations.
