The Payments/Adjustments section of the invoice also displays all other transactions made since the last invoice was issued. These transactions would include purchases that were paid for with a credit card at the time of purchase, for example, Title Documents.
You do not have to worry as these are not outstanding amounts. They are just a record of transactions that have occurred since the last invoice was issued.
