Why are the charges on my first invoice more than what I have agreed to?

Invoices are issued on the first of every month, regardless of when you started using our service.

Therefore, your first invoice would include pro-rated charges plus your standard recurring subscription.

For example, if you started using our service on 25 May, you will receive an invoice on 1 June. This invoice would include:

• pro-rated charges for your usage from 25 May to 31 May
• your standard subscription for the month of June
