Access contact information collected in compliance with privacy laws through Marketing Contacts and personalise your direct marketing strategies. Create targeted marketing campaigns, such as direct mail or cold calls to potential clients within a specific locality.
You may view marketing contacts for a specific property or export multiple contacts for a street, suburb or council area. You may export up to 10,000 marketing contacts at a time. Each user has a limit of 10,000 marketing contact exports per calendar month.
Search for a property and scroll down to the Household Information panel. Click on the Marketing Contacts tab to view the compliant marketing contact information associated with the property. Mouse over the information icon to view the Privacy Compliance explanation.
Note: Do not use the contact for marketing purposes if there is a Do Not Call or Do Not Mail icon against the contact.

Search for a location that would return multiple search results, select the properties you are targeting and click on Export to CSV.

Click on Marketing Export and tick or untick the checkbox to include or exclude information, such as 'do not call' & 'do not mail' listings. You must accept the Terms and Conditions to proceed. Click Export to download the CSV file.

If you wish to further refine your exported data, you may exclude likely rental properties
To exclude likely rental properties, go to Filters, then click on the button below.

A likely rental status has been derived using the following logic:

Last Rental Date is 0-24 months ago and no recorded sale.

Last Rental Date is 0-24 months ago and no recorded sale within the last 24 months.
