Edit title: Tap the title field to change the page name.
Select images: Swipe through the gallery and select the checkboxes for the images you want to include.
Feature property: Select the Feature this property checkbox to give it more prominence in the final report. You can include up to 3 images for a featured property.
- Update property data
- Edit the listing price and sold price. The edited sold price will only be reflected on your CMA report.
- Add notes: Use the Notes text box to include your professional opinion or specific details about the property's condition.
- Price visibility: Tap the eye icon to hide or display the first and last listing price
- Remove: Tap the bin icon to remove the property from your report
You can customise how each comparable property appears in your report and ensure you are presenting what your propective clients expect and more. You can update property details, select property images, and add notes to demonstrate market knowledge.
