Customising comparable maps

You can include up to three different maps in your report to show the location of your target property in relation to your selected comparables. These maps provide a visual overview of the local market.

Selecting map types

You can toggle the following maps on or off using the corresponding checkboxes:

Map markers and navigation

Each map uses colour-coded pins to help you identify property types at a glance:

• Black pin: Represents your target property.
• Red pin: Represents a comparable sale.
• Blue pin: Represents a comparable listing.

You can perform the following actions on any map screen:

• Edit the title: Tap the title field to customise the map name.
• Reposition map: Drag the map to move it to your preferred view.
• Zoom: Pinch the screen to zoom in or out, just as you would with a photo.
• View details: Tap any pin to see property images and the listing description.

This map provides a comprehensive view of the market by showing both sales and listings simultaneously.
