Navigating the homepage – CoreLogic NZ

Property Guru features a modern user interface and employs CoreLogic’s new Rapid Search Technology to return search results at faster speeds.

The homepage gives you quick access to the tools you need to search for properties and create reports.

Key elements on the homepage:

The search panel features a search bar and the option to search by Address, Name, Company, Legal Description, Title Reference, Roll/Valuation or to create Reports.
The Saved Lists, Saved Searches and Saved Territories you have put together from your Property Guru searches.
The news feed showcases the latest residential property news by CoreLogic to help you stay up to date.
A new inspirational quote will be displayed here each time you log in to keep you motivated.
The Help widget lets you search for relevant help articles or initiate a chat with one of our Customer Care team members.

The menu on the top left gives you access to Signature Reports, Titles & Documents, PG Proposals and the Give Feedbacklink.
The CoreLogic | Property Guru logo takes you back to this homepage from other pages.
The notification bell takes you to saved searches, watchlists and notifications (coming soon).
The user profile menu is indicated by your initials and gives you access to various profile and account settings.
