- Click on Export to Excel
- Click on Print
- On your search results page, select the projects you wish to export
- Click on Print and select Add to Print List
You may export data from a single project or multiple projects. Data may be exported from a project detail page or a search results page.
Tip
You may also apply the steps below on company search results if you wish to export company data.
There are two ways to export data for a single project. On the project detail page, you may:

If you click on Export to Excel, you will see a pop up window where you can select the Report Type and the information you want to include in the report. Tick the checkboxes to make your selection and click Generate Report to download the Excel file.

If you click on Quick Report, a PDF will be generated and automatically downloads for you.
Alternatively, if you choose Print, a window will pop up for further options. Select the Report Type and the information you want to include in the report. Tick the checkboxes to make your selection and click Generate Report.

You may export multiple projects to a spreadsheet from a single set of search results or from multiple search results.
From the project search results page, tick the checkboxes individually to select specific projects or tick the checkbox in the header to select all projects. Click on Print and select Print from the drop down menu. Select the Report Type and format then click Generate Report.

To export data from multiple search results, you need to repeat the following steps each time you run a search.

Repeat the steps above until you have compiled all the projects you are interested in on the print list.
Click on Print and select View Print List to check that you have all the projects you need.

On the Project Print List page, you will see the projects you have added from multiple search results. To remove a project from the print list, click on the X icon. Once you are satisfied with your list of projects, click on Print All to export the projects’ data.

You will be able to export the above information into Excel by clicking on Export to Excel.
Data will be downloaded to your computer as a ZIP folder. Unzip the folder to access the Excel file.
