If you are unable to log in because you have forgotten your username, click on Forgot username and password? on the login page.

On the next page, click on Trouble With Username?

Next, enter the personal email address that you used when you registered for your account and click on Send Request.

You will receive an email containing your username which you can use to log in to your account
