Use the Prospecting function to identify properties and listings that are:

Aged: Listings within a suburb that have been on the market for more than 60 days.

Tenure: Properties that may potentially be ready to list based on past sales data and current market conditions.

Withdrawn: Listings that have been advertised on the market within the last 365 days but have not recorded any listing activity or sale in the past 100 days.
To start prospecting, tap on Prospecting on the home screen and tap on the search bar to start searching. Select Aged, Tenure, or Withdrawn then enter the name of the suburb you are prospecting in. After you have run the search, you may filter your search results or select multiple properties to create a report.
