- Property type: Click the drop-down menu to add other property types to your search.
- Attributes: Limit your search to include only properties with comparable attributes.
- Sale Price: Limit your search to include only properties within a certain price range by typing the minimum and maximum values into the relevant fields
- Sale Date: Choose a period from the drop-down menu or select Custom date to set a date range for your search.
- Filters: Access additional filters such as land size, year built, settlement date and more.
- Distance: Click on the drop-down menu to adjust the search radius from your target property.
- Target Suburb Only: Switch on this toggle to limit your search to the suburb of the target property.
- Three dots menu: Click here to access the Clear all option.
Comparable sales information helps you position your target property in current market conditions. By default, the search results will include property sold in the last 6 months, and sorted by distance to your target property.

Tip
Your search results may be limited if you apply too many filters at once. We recommend that you start with a broad search and add filters gradually to narrow your results.
Selecting comparable sales
Scroll down to the search results and tick the checkbox that is next to the property address to select a comparable sale.

To add a recently sold property manually, type the property address in the Add Comparable Sale search bar. As you type, predictive text will display possible matches. Click on the correct address to add it to your shortlist. Tick the checkbox in the Featured column to feature a property. Learn more about featured properties in the sorting your search results section below.
To view property images and additional property data, click Expand All. To return to the list view, click Collapse All.
You can remove a property from your shortlist by clicking the Bin icon. To delete all properties from your shortlist, click Remove All Properties.

You may sort your selected comparable sales by clicking and dragging the arrow icon up or down.

Property location numbers are assigned to every property in your shortlist. This number will help you identify the property’s location on the Comparable Sale and Comparable Listings maps in the report.

Sorting Search Results
By default, your search results will display a list of 20 properties. Click on the Load More button at the bottom left of the list to display another 20 properties. Click on the Sort by drop-down menu to sort your results by address, sale date, or sale price.

Click on Expand All to expand the property detail panel and customise the information displayed against the selected property. Click on Collapse All to close the property detail panel.

You may customise how a property is presented in your report by:
Each property in your shortlist features a carousel of available images, which may include images from listing websites, Google Street View and Google Maps (Aerial View). To upload additional images, click the left or right arrows to get to the Upload Image button at the end of the image carousel. Select an image from your computer to proceed.

Tick the checkbox in the Featured column to feature a property. You may feature more than one property. A featured property will be presented on a full page in your final report.

Add notes against a comparable property to demonstrate your local area or property knowledge. You can customise the title for your notes. This title will apply to all properties so we recommend using something that is not specific to a property. For example: My Notes or Property Highlights.
