How do I view market trends?

Tap Trends on the bottom navigation menu.

Tip: You have to enable location services for the app to identify nearby locations.

Enter a location in the search bar. Predictive text will appear as you type. Tap on an address to select it and run the search.

You may search for multiple locations and include different location types in a single search. For example, you can include a suburb and a council area in a single search. Tap on the plus icon to add a location to your search.

You can view data from the past year, 3 years, 5 years or 10 years. Tap on the drop-down menus to :

Tap on the graph to view the value for a specific point in time. Tap on the share icon to share this information with potential clients or other interested parties. Tap on the star icon to save this suburb for easy reference in future. The most recently saved suburb will appear at the top of your Saved list. To remove a Saved entry, tap on the entry you want to delete and tap on the star icon.

To export statistics as a spreadsheet, view market trends in a List view and then tap on the share icon. You can then choose to share the spreadsheet using your preferred email or messaging app.

Scroll down to the suburb insights section.

Here, you can see a chart for Median Value, and statistics for Stock on Market, Median Days on Market, Median Vendor Discount and Total Value of Sales. Tap on the information icon to view how these statistics are calculated.

Tap on View all Trends to view all the statistics available for the suburb. Scroll down the list of statistics to find the information you need.
