What happens when a user requests a report through CET?

This is the customer journey when a user engages with the CET tool on your website.

Steps	Reference
They land on the Digital Property Report / Digital Rental Report page and enter a property address to search up the estimated value or rental yield of the property.
They will see a “teaser page” with high level insights and will be prompted to enter their contact details to receive the full report.
They will see the report in their web browser and receive an email with a link to access the real-time report.

Once a report has been generated, the nominated email account in your office will receive a lead notification email. All the details, including the address searched, link to the report generated and contact details, are included in the email notification. You can also log in to CET to view details about the lead at any time. 

Email notifications are sent when:

• an address is entered into CET
• a report is generated
• a lead submits a request to speak to a specialist
• a lead creates an Update Property Details request.
