- tap on CMA and select CMA Report
- tap on Reports and select Build a Sales CMA Report
Note: CMA Builder is available to subscribers of Base, Premium and Pro packages.
There are two ways to access the Signature CMA Report. After searching for a property:

There are four steps in creating a Sales CMA Report:
Use the tabs at the top of the screen or the Back and Next buttons at the bottom to navigate through these steps.
Image 2: Navigating through a CMA report.
If you find that you are taken to step four immediately, it means that a Sales CMA Report already exists for the property. You may either tap Back to edit the report where needed or tap on Clear Report Configuration to delete the existing report and start over.
