- Network Configuration: Verify that your integration allows documents (such as the completed Valuation PDF) to be accessed from the psx.corelogic.asia domain.
- Regression Testing: Please assist us in testing the Phase 1 deployment to ensure compatibility with your systems.
- Phase 1 UAT Deployment: (24th March 2026)
- Phase 1 Production Deployment: (19th May 2026)
-
Impact Assessment: Please determine the methodology used by your integrating platform to store documents:
- Scenario A: Immediate Download If your platform downloads and saves its own copy of documents as soon as a job is completed, we expect no impact to your system following this change.
- Scenario B: URL Storage If your platform stores the document URL rather than downloading a local copy, changes will likely be required to support the new structure. In this instance, please contact us so we can support your transition and ensure continued access.

Regression Testing: Please assist us in testing the Phase 2 deployment to ensure compatibility with your systems.
- Impact Assessment: (10 April 2026)
- Phase 2 Implementation: Targeted Mid-2027
To enhance the security and reliability of our platforms, we are modifying the way PSX handles attachments within existing web service payloads. This guide provides the technical details required for your IT or development teams to perform an impact assessment.
Phase 1: Enhanced document handling
Deployment Date: UAT: 24th March 2026 | Production: 19th May 2026
To ensure consistent and secure access across our ecosystem, we are enabling ingest-time virus scanning on documents. This capability will result in a change in the domain name and structure of URLs for documents included in PSX payloads.
Note: these changes do not impact ValEx (SOAP) API integrations.
Key Technical Details
Document URLs served by PSX will move from the current domain (content.rpdata.com) to the new psx.corelogic.asia domain. While this domain is already used for existing PSX endpoints, please ensure your firewall settings are updated to allow downloads from this new address to avoid any service interruptions
Please note that jobs created before the changeover date will retain the legacy URL structure. We recommend ensuring that your network configurations continue to support the former structure to prevent any disruption for existing jobs.
How to prepare for these changes
We require your support in the following areas to ensure uninterrupted access:
Phase 1 Timeline
Phase 2: Introduction of expiring URLs (targeting mid-2027)
To further enhance document security, we will introduce expiring URLs in mid-2027 Once live, all document URLs provided via web service will expire one (1) hour after they are issued.
