You may showcase comparable properties in a Sales Proposal and Property Management Proposal.

Sales Proposal: Include recent sales and properties that are currently for sale on the market

Property Management Proposal: Include properties that are currently available for rent
Click on the blank image placeholders to access the Edit button. Click Edit to start searching for and adding comparable properties.

Next, follow these steps to add a comparable property:

Select how you want to search for comparable properties:

Radius Search: Search for properties within a set distance (up to 50km) of the target property

Suburb Search: Search for properties by suburb

Address Search: Search for a specific property by its address

Use the filters to get a more targeted search result

Click Search

Click on the circle in the top right corner of a property photo to add it as a comparable property

After selecting all your comparable properties, click on Add Selected Property

Your selected comparable properties will appear in the My Comparables tab. Here, you can:

Untick a property to remove it from your comparables list or add another property from the Others section

Click on the edit icon to edit property details, select and add property images

Click Add Comment to add a comment about a property

View Capital Value for each property
Click Save to apply your changes.

Click on List View and Map View to switch between views.

You are able to customise the order of your selected comparable properties.

For comparables that have SOLD - you can sort by price or by date sold.

For comparables that are for SALE, you can sort by the date advertised on the market (campaign start date).

Click on the "Sort by" dropdown on the top right of the screen.
Click on the edit icon to customise the displayed images for a comparable property.

You may select up to 10 images to showcase per property; 5 images from the CoreLogic image library and 5 uploaded images. Click Add Image to select and upload images from your device. You can upload a maximum of 5 images per property.
Tip: This applies to all comparable sales, for sale, and rental listings.
