Occasionally an inspection date/time needs to be rescheduled or cancelled. For those Agents with an auto-feed established, the feed does not explicitly indicate inspection ‘Cancelled’.
Therefore, when an inspection date/time changes, it is recommended that you follow the below steps:

Find the Inspection against the property you are wanting to manually cancel an inspection for.

Click the pencil icon next to the inspection to bring up the inspection menu for that inspection time.

Any lead who is marked with a status of ‘Confirmed’ must be changed to a status of ‘Cancelled’.

Select the update status button.

Set any lead status marked with ‘Send Invite’ and/or ‘Cancelled’ to ‘Enquiry’.

Select the update status button.

Delete the inspection by clicking the checkbox next to the inspection and clicking the delete button.

The updated inspection should flow through from your Portal provider, or you can directly add the new inspection details. Prospects will be re-invited to the new date/time, once you've added the inspection and then clicked the invite button.
