General enquiry response where there are no inspection scheduled

Inspection

General enquiry response where there is an inspection scheduled. The inspection times will be listed on the email.

Invite

An invite with inspection details if one becomes available after they enquired, for those who received the Enquiry event.

Contract of Sale

Sent in place of the enquiry response when the system identifies a request for a Contract/Section 32

Auction Alert

Generated 2 days prior to the Auction Date as an Auction reminder. For example if the Auction is on Saturday the reminder will be sent Thursday 11am.

New Listing Alert

*This is an add on feature* Generated to alert buyers on the database of a new listing that may meet their new home requirements.

Sold/Leased Alert

Sent to those who enquired on that listing in the past x days when the listing is marked as sold.

Price Change Alert

Sent to those who enquired on that listing in the past x days when the price changes from a numerical value to a different numerical value.

VLO

A weekly email to people who enquired in the past 7 days and were identified as a potential vendor. Sent on behalf of the 1st listing agent that they originally enquired with.

BDM

A weekly email to people who enquired in the past 7 days and were identified as a potential investor. Sent on behalf of a dedicated BDM
