Your agent's details are pulled in directly from your CRM or Property Feed provider. When Plezzel receives a property listing, we ensure your agent's profile has the latest details. If we see an old phone number or email address, the platform will automatically update this.
If we see the agent doesn’t exist, the Plezzel platform will automatically create your agent's profile with their details.
The agent's email and phone/mobile number is also greyed out as we do not allow users to update these details through Plezzel. If an agent has updated credentials, ensure they have been updated either in your CRM or Property Feed. From here, the next time you push out a new listing with the agent listed on that property, the Plezzel platform will automatically update these details for you.
Further down the page, you will also find information about the agents department, Job description and Agent website. Agent departments are automatically set depending on the type of listing the agent was on when their profile was first created. For example, if a new agent was pushed out to Plezzel on a rental listing, their department will be set to Rental. You will need to manually update this if the agent switches over to a different department.
Job Description and Agent Website are also manually set by the user, and if your email template has these fields enabled, will use the job description and a link back to your agents website on your email template.
