Your Next Steps will look different depending on the proposal you are creating. This section closes the proposal so it is important to set it up well. No matter which proposal you are creating, you will have the option of showing or hiding the Next Steps section and customising the thank you message.

Click on the headline or paragraph to edit the text.

The Proceed button allows your clients to accept your proposal. You may edit the text for this button and customise the text and image that appears after your client accepts the proposal. To customise this, click on the Proceed button, then click Edit.

The Next Steps Configuration window will pop up. Here, you may choose to upload an image from your computer. This image will appear after your client has accepted your proposal. It is optional to customise the image.
You may also customise the text on the button and the message your client will see if they accept the proposal.

The Next Steps section in a Sales Proposal gives you the option to:

Click on Set your estimated price range. A window will pop up where you can enter a minimum and maximum price range. If you wish to display text instead of a price range, tick the Enter price text instead checkbox. Enter the text you wish to display in the text box. Click Save to proceed.

Click on Set your commission structure to include information related to your commission structure. A window will pop up where you can select your Commission Structure. First, choose between Inclusive GST, Exclusive GST or No GST. Next, choose to base your structure on either Percentage, Tiered Percentage, Fixed Fee or Other. You must pick one option to proceed.

After creating a proposal, you have the option of setting an expiry date so that your proposal will only be viewable for a limited period of time.
To set a proposal expiry date,

Click on Settings at the top right of the page

Click on Select Date and choose a date. In the example below, the proposal is set to expire on 15 September 2023.

Click Save to proceed.
