Include members of your team to demonstrate the commitment and capabilities you can offer your client. This could be your sales team, property management team and wider administrative support team.
This section displays the agent associated with the proposal at the start of the proposal creation process. To add an agent to the sales team, click Back to Dashboard.

Find the proposal that you are working on and click Edit.

Scroll down to the Agent field and add another agent to your proposal. If you are unable to find the agent’s name, it may be because the agent has not been associated with your Property Guru account. Please contact Customer Care for further assistance.

You will now be able to see both agents on your proposal. To edit the agent’s photo or details, click on the agent and click on the Edit icon.

Use the tabs to toggle between the agents. Here, you may upload a new agent photo and edit the agent’s name, contact information or bio. Click Save to proceed.
Note: You may only include up to two sales agents.

This is where you include your support team, e.g. a sales administrator, associate, prospector or marketing team member. To add your support team, click on the image placeholder and click Edit.

Select an image from your computer and upload it. Note that you will not be able to crop or position the photo after uploading. For best results, we recommend using a photo editing tool to crop your photo into a square format, with the person positioned in the centre, before uploading your photo.

Edit the team member’s details as required and click Save. You may upload multiple team members to create a library of team members that you may use in future proposals.
After you have uploaded all your support team members, select the team members that you want to include in your proposal and click Save to proceed.

If you do not wish to include your support team, click on the support team header and click on the eye icon to hide this section.
